Policies of "The Bulletin Board":
1. Persons, who are between the ages of 13 to 16 years old, are permitted to post on this board.
2. The Main Admin (aka Forum Founder, Board Owner, Board Creator, etc.) of a Proboard Message Board is authorized to become Visting Admins of this board. The Visiting Admin may appoint a person of their choosing to take the Visiting Admin Status for their board.
3. Anyone can become a regular member. Only Members are allowed to vote.
4. Guests are welcomed here and they may post only in certain areas of the board, but they will have access to view many other forums.
5. The Main Admin, and the Staff and Management of The Bulletin Board, will be the final judges in anything concerning Board Policy and Rules.
General Bulletin Board Rules:
1. All rules of Proboard apply on this forum.
2. No Flaming or personal attacks allowed.
3. No Hate Speech permitted on this board.
4. No mimicking or copying the account of another.
5. No disclosing of another person's personal information allowed.
6. No Excessively Annoying Behavior.
7. No Spamming or Trolling.
8. No posting of links to pornographic or illegal material.
9. No circumventing a ban.
10. Falsifying application information will not be tolerated. Anyone found doing so will be summarily rejected without further processing.
Rules for Graphics and Images:
1. Avatars cannot be more than 100x100 pixels.
2. Please do not make signatures larger than 500x200. Respect members who have lower resolutions and smaller screens.
3. Do not use anything flashy a.k.a. a "screamer" in any of your images, as it may induce seizures to those prone to it.
4. The Forums on this board have a code to control image size, the max size for an image posting with in the boards ae 640 x 480, but that may change with out notice.
